HEALTHY EATING HABITS: THE ROLE OF FAMILY
Eating practices vary around the world and a strong body of empirical evidence has demonstrated that children’s dietary intake and eating behaviors are influenced by a multitude of interacting factors including family, home and community. An e-book, published after DII symposium during the 3rd International Conference on Nutrition and Growth 2016, sets out to consider the role of families in nurturing healthy eating habits in children.
The e-book includes the content of the symposium as well as interviews with the speakers.
